The SH119 Petroleum Product Ash Determination Instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standards GB/T 508 "Determination of Ash in Petroleum Products," ASTM D482, GB/T 2433 "Determination of Sulfate Ash in Additives and Lubricating Oils Containing Additives," and SH/T 0067 "Determination of Ash Content in Engine Coolants and Rust Inhibitors." It is used to measure the ash content in petroleum products and the sulfate ash in lubricating greases. The instrument is also suitable for determining the ash content in petroleum products containing ash-forming additives (including certain phosphorus-containing additive compounds), as well as in leaded lubricating oils and used engine crankcase oil. The instrument employs a new ceramic furnace as the heating element, making it suitable for detecting sulfate ash in lubricating oils containing additives and additive concentrates in blended lubricating oils.

Performance Features:

● The shell is made of steel plate by folding and welding, with electrostatic spraying on the surface. The heating element is made of high-quality silicon carbon rod, and the insulation material is made of high-quality aluminum silicate fiber.

● The furnace is made of ceramic fiber, which has the characteristics of fast heating speed (it can rise to 1000℃ in about 30 minutes) and good heat preservation effect (it is not hot to touch the shell by hand when it reaches 1000℃).

● The control section features microcomputer PID control functionality and can be configured with smart program instruments as per user requirements. It supports segmented heating and insulation settings, along with over-temperature alarm and timer functions.
