ST123A Plant oil sample

The ST123A oil sampler is designed and manufactured according to GB/T 5524-2008 "Sampling of Animal and Plant Oils and Fats" and ISO 5555:2001. The material of the sampler is all made of 304 stainless steel, and the exterior and interior of the sampler are polished, which not only looks beautiful but also avoids changes in oil composition during the sampling process. Samples can be taken from the top, middle, and bottom. The purpose of sampling is to obtain a sample of oil quantity from a batch (which can have multiple testing batches) that is easy to process. The characteristics of the oil sample should be as close as possible to the oil characteristics it represents. The most suitable material for the sampling device is stainless steel.

Operation Method

When in use, tie three nylon ropes to the upper cover. When taking samples, tighten one of the cylinder ropes on the edge of the upper cover and slowly place the sampler into the sampling pool. When the sampler is placed at the desired sampling position, tighten the middle valve rope to allow the sample to enter the sampler, then loosen the valve rope and slowly pull up the lifting cylinder to take out the sample.
